Pat Pitted

Blog Post 3

Fun facts for this week: Pat got really sick, Erik lost his wetsuit while hitchhiking, and Dane recieved a hangover from Zeus himself.

Our Cabaña has become the pregame capital of Pichilemu; locals, Brazis, fellow travelers, and even a few chicas have been known to wake us up in the morning and tuck us in at night. Scored waves this morning, Pat´s first surf in about 4 days, everybody got some barrels and we watched Matias claim a sick one approximately 15 times...worthy though.

Next up on the agenda, touring north with the Brazis to camp, score waves, and consume loads of spaghetti as if we were manjars and the spaghetti was empanadas...

Seeing as though Erik is without a wetsuit, look forward to seeing Chile through his unique and innovative perspective, as he will be camera boy Dusty until the warmer waters of New Zealand...

Blog post number 2

We´ve just returned from a fun-filled, 3 day surf extravaganza with the splendid company of our guide/ mentor Geordie, the coach Dave, and 3 brazilian psychopaths (also known as the Jonas Brothers). The waves were pumping, we´re sunburnt and our legs are noodly. That obviously didn´t hold us back from raging at the disco anoche. The night ended after half of the disco (consisted mostly of manjars*) came back to our cabaña. Bottles broke and the creeper cams were utilized. Anyways, we just woke up, its sunny and hot, unlike cold, rainy California and we are about to surf the perfect left point in front of us. ¡Hasta Luego!

Love,
JT, Dusty, and Dane

*Manjar- they love to consume copious amounts of empeñadas.

Here´s the Blog, Here´s the Deal.

We are currently residing in a groovy cabaña in a trippy little town known as Pichilemu. At the moment cars are on parade, circling us, honking their horns, and celebrating god knows what- this only scratches the surface of this creepy place. Vibrations have been strange, some good, some bad, but all funny. One minute taking pictures with manjars*, the next minute getting heckled and cat called... The past week has been a blur of waves, beer, and Chilean shenanigans. Scoring lefts for days, never even setting eyes on a right. The setups are unbelievable and the scenery breathtaking. We have befriended some super cool people who have been key factors in guiding us toward the light.

Our potential is high and our goals are yet to be attained.

Until next time ding dings....

Love Pat, Dane, and Erik(Little E, Dusty, Oh look at that white guy!)

*Manjar- We´ll tell you later...
